Date Fields - Add option to skip to 'today'

We would like to have an option added to all date fields in Workfront to skip to "Today".

The best example is some of our projects are set to 'schedule from start date' others set to 'schedule from completion date'. Either the start date or completion date could be over a year from 'today' thus forcing the user to click a bunch of times to update the date on their task/issue to today.
