Delegate proofs

16 months seems a very long timeline considering how poorly ProofHQ is integrated into Workfront currently. We are in the process of transitioning over from a stand alone Proof HQ instance in Workfront and seem to be loosing a lot of functionality in the process as it appears only Admin can access the ProofHQ dashboard. We are finding it difficult to try and build reports around Proof HQ proofs in Workfront just so that they can be tracked accurately. Can the Proof HQ login be available for people with a Plan license too (and work license would also be good)?

I am terribly disappointed to see this is being taken off the roadmap. It is so inefficient to create a new workflow template every time someone takes a vacay even if for a day.

We are currently working hard to provide a more stable and scalable document & proof experience while integrating into the Adobe product offerings. All of our time and attention is dedicated to the aforementioned endeavour during this time and therefore this particular initiative has been put on hold. We will advise when this changes

It is the 4th year we wull use WorkFront this summer and I as an admin have to know everyone´s holiday schedule in order to update the workflow templates accordingly. Proofs are missed in the gap and it is easy to understand that is not efficient at all. Any higher prioritization would be appreciated as we have talked about this with the Production team for more than a year.

Hi, all. Just wanted to provide a quick update on this idea. This idea is part of our third phase of the WF+Proof Integration initiative. No timing yet, but as always, we will update once we know more. Thank you.

this is great - just keep in mind that not all approvers have worker licences or above, some have regular reviewer licences, so how would proof approvals delegation work for these non-workers profiles?

To build off of delegating proofs, it would be fantastic to have the feature to delegate proofs from Workfront instead of having to go to your proof profile to do so. Also clearer language within Workfront is needed where it says to 'Delegate Approvals' is needed. It needs to be clear if you're delegating document approvals, proofs or both.

Our organization desperately needs this feature. Our old tool had this option and it has caused extra work to be needed to not include reviewers on the proof when they are out of office.
