Question

Detecting that a specific custom form is attached to a task?

I need the ability to filter a Task report by the presence of a specific custom form (custom form "Creative Notes" exists on Task).

 

Is this possible?

There is a segment called "Categories", just select the ID or Name and use the equal function:
