Disable filter option for external users or clients

Description - An enhancement to hide the filter or disable the options in the filter.

Why is this feature important to you - To hide tasks that are not relevant to the clients

How would you like the feature to work - As per the description

Current Behaviour - I created a filter for our clients where they won't see the tasks that we tagged as not applicable. It's working fine in the original setting but now with the new UI for filter and views, they can remove the check mark on the client filter and can already see the tasks that we tagged as not applicable.
