Display Request Queue description on mouse hover

When configuring Queue Topics and Topic Groups, the text from those object's description field is displayed as a tool tip when the user hovers over the topic.

I would like for this functionality to be extended to the first layer of the New Requests dropdown, where each queue project is listed. I would like the text from the project's description field to be displayed as a tool tip when the user hovers over each queue. Currently the tool tip just shows the project's name, which is duplicative.
