Displaying a Requester's name in a task form (for an issue/request converted into a Storyboard)

Hi All,

I'm running into issues creating a  calculated field that generates a name for either, Entered By ID or Primary Contact ID for requests converted to storyboards. For whatever reason I'm not able to pull that data over to a storyboard/tasks that is converted from the issue.  Does anyone know of a potential workaround?

@pat_paterson Try using convertedIssueOriginator in the view or report you are trying to pull that into. Not sure about storyboard but I’m sure it works similarly

can you share a little more info about your issue and what calculations you have tried? This would allow other users to give you more help
