Does anyone know if there is a special setting to allow a person with a Reviewer License get a pop up to enter a comment when they reject or approve a request for approval on a task. I notice that I get the comment box when I select Approved or Rejec

I have a planner license so just wondering if there are permissions that need to be turned on for the Reviewer license to allow them to add comments or cause the comment box to pop up

    ‚We utilise the task updates section for all comments pertaining to approval / rejection of tasks.

    this gives a full audit trail then. Reviewers are able to update in here.
