Edit approval process without resetting issues

Description -

Currently, when you edit an approver in an approval process, it resets all issues back to the first stage.

Why is this feature important to you - One of our projects has over 100 issues at a time. When we have to edit a single approver in the chain, it means we have to have manually reset every issue back to where it was (and hopefully whoever edited the process saved an excel history of where everything was!)

How would you like the feature to work - When editing an approval process, issues should be updated with the correct approver without resetting everything.
