Edit the styling of a request form

The text is a bit small. The radio buttons are small and you can select an option clicking the text (can only click the radio circle). Description text fill the full width of the page, but nothing else does, and that long of a row of text is hard to read.

    Per request forms make the user interface (including design) for requesters more user friendly. The styling and format to fill out forms is a bit bland. It could be more responsive too.

    Our clients are marketing people who do not like white forms and find them tedious. We need to be able to edit font, colors, section breaks, etc. Another reason is that we have an ADMIN only section on intake custom forms that do not need to be filled out by clients, but the agency needs to input OR if an internal agency person is entering a request, they can enter the fields right away. I need a way to visually distinguish these sections.
