email regarding update ip addresses

We recently received a notification from workfront to add new IP addresses to allow list. Our Help Desk wants to clarify if the IPS need to be inbound or outbound?

Hi Marsha -

 

My Helpdesk had lots of questions on the new IP addresses as well so I opened a support ticket and connected support with my helpdesk representative to work through it together.

 

I would suggest starting with Support to see if they can answer any questions that come up.
