Enhance Portfolio Optimizer/Financial Data

Description - Increase the amount of data that can be calculated in the "optimizer" area of a Portfolio.

Why is this feature important to you - Scalability, Growth, Reporting

How would you like the feature to work - We'd just like it to function without having to move or delete data. If a Project is added to the Portfolio, the expectation is that the Portfolio Optimizer area should included it in the calculation and return results.

Current Behaviour -  Portfolio Optimizer / Financial data fails to load for a Portfolio >190K Projects. (see attached screenshot.) Technical Support suggested to create an idea so they could consider fixing this issue, as we continue to get timeout errors.
