Ensure report default sorting

Currently, although a sorting is defined in a report view, the user can set a own sorting by clicking on the column headers in the report.

With this option, one faces the issue, that the default sorting of the report cannot be restored (neither by changing the view nor by the user himself - e.g. when multiple sort levels are defined). Only option is to reset the user preferences, which is not a good solution.

We request either one of the following options:

• to be able to restrict own sorting on reports by user
• to be able to reset to default sorting directly in the report
