Experience League Reports

I would like to be able to view a report of experience league activity for my organization as well as the ability to assign an online course within the tool.

This would enable me to create and track assignment completion for new or existing users.   Not only is this helpful for monitoring the completion, but also in understanding a colleague's progression through training.

Right now I assign by cutting and pasting links and have no way to monitor completion.

At minimum the ability to pull a report (by dates or by colleague) would be so very helpful.
