Folder Sharing

This would be an extremely helpful feature for our needs. As an system administrator for our Workfront instance, I'm continuously creating complex reports for stakeholders (or my own purposes) and to be able to add these to a folder then share with either the stakeholder or our other admins is something that would make finding the reports a lot easier.

It's sort of a worthless function when you have to share 15 different files in individual links to an external vendor. Instead I'm going to download and share via box/dropbox so it's in one link, they're just pushing people to a separate sharing platform.

This would be a great added feature. Our designers especially have asked for this.

Yes, this will help a lot while using the sharing option, because it saves time + space in the cloud.

Thank you for your comments on this idea. We recognize the value of sharing folders and will consider these suggestions in the context of a long term content management plan for the wider platform.

There are not plans to implement folder sharing in the 12-month roadmap.

I agree with all the above. I would also like system admins like myself to have the ability to create smart folders for users. It's odd that I can't create them for my department who all have lower access in Workfront than I do.

I agree with all the above. The ability to share folders is a must for knowledge transfer, training etc. I really hope this is a function available soon!
