Geographic region and currency attached to a user

When working with an international company that has branches all over the world, it is very useful to know what region that user is from and the the currency that he is using. Of course, we could have the project based region and currency to facilitate the getting resources from different places around the world, but we need to know the region and the currency of the user to reconcile to their local system.

I am proposing to add that in the user profile.
