Globally authorize in azure at the Admin level - cloud connections like One Drive

Currently cloud connections like OneDrive use a per-user authorization format only. This means it cannot be globally authorized in azure at the Admin level. Given our cybersecurity needs following a hacking incident -- our IT team needs to globally authorize.
