Having a report to show when someone entered PTO

Is there any way to show when someone entered PTO? Not the dates they entered it for but the actual dates it was entered.

The asking team doesn't want to set up an approval process, but just wants insight on any new PTO entered.

Unfortunately, workfront doesn't store the entry date from when time off is logged.
