Help with "Predecessor Complete" = Yes when the predecessor is not complete

Question

I found that the “Predecessor complete” is showing Yes when a predecessor is not complete, here is an example of that on a project:

Can you please help us understand why Predecessor Complete = Yes when it is not ready to start?

Are we missing something on this one?

we don't have a Predecessor Complete field. Is this a custom field on your side, or a calculated column? If so, what does it relate to?
