"High Importance" Tags on Updates

We would like the ability to tag an update (on any object) as "High Importance". This would help bring notice to the recipients that the update needs a higher level of priority. Additionally, we would like the text "High Importance" (or something similar) to appear in the Subject Line of the email notification so it stands out in the recipients email In Box.
