How to change workfront In-App notification settings?

Question

Anyone know how to change what notifications you receive within Workfront on browser? Not email.

Currently, out of 11 notifications that can be shown on screen. 8 of them are "Task due date changed, assigned new task" only 3 of which are comments that are actually important.

This quickly adds up as we get 50-100 notifications every few days and it is very easy to miss important comments or replies.

Hey @whotfcares -

At the moment, in app notifications area does end up being so pervasive that they are ignored.

I would suggest the use of the "Mentions" widget on the home screen instead. This ignores the system notifications you called out while maintaining a list of comments and replies that are more pertinent when doing your project management.

yes, these notifications are almost useless, they are hardly controllable and cannot be combined with on-screen appearance or sound.

Not really answering the question, but they might also be beyond control 🙂
