How to create nested sub task in Workfront by using fusion?

Hi,

to create a child / subtask, you just need to add the field parentID to your Create Record module and map the id of the parent task to it.

If I want to create sub task under sub task, is it same way to map?

Correct, the "sub sub task" would get the sub tasks ID mapped to the parentID field.
