We have some our own old list of requests and looking recommendation to import in Workfront.

How to import list of request from excel to Workfront?

Hi Kundan,

If you're just inserting those old requests, you could use Workfront's kickstart functionality.

If you'd also like to update data in Workfront using Excel, I invite you to consider our Excel Updater solution (which also handles inserts and custom data).
