Can I learn the Workfront fusion in testing environment?

Fusion is a separate license/cost outside of stand-alone WorkFront, you'd need to purchase Fusion in order to have access to it. There are a ton of videos/articles on Fusion here though! https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-fusion/workfront-fusion-2.html?lang=en
