How to unarchive projects
Anyone know if there is a way to easily unarchive a project?

What do you mean by unarchive? Some possible answers:
- If you deleted a project and want it back, you can restore it from the Recycle Bin in setup if it was deleted under 30 days ago.
- If you put a project in Complete status and need it back to Current or another status, you can change the status of the project from project header. If you can't change it, that means you have an 'automatic' completion mode on the project. You'd edit the project to 'manual' completion mode in project settings, save, then can change the project status out of complete to a different status.
