Hi everyone! I've collapsed down a list of ideas that we have upvoted within our internal team and would appreciate your support too! Hi Steve, 1700 users! Holy cow you are a Workfront rock star, I'm barely keeping a handle on my few people. Good point about the long load time, I don't mind it loading only 100 when the list first comes up and the groups are off but as soon as I group I want to see everyone/item in that group, grouped together. Ideally, I just want my view selections to be sticky. When grouped with 100 I have only 14 people in my HQ group which gives me a small heart attack. And yes I could group and then sort by that group but it still will break the groups up so I could have only 2 in the HQ group on page 2 and 29 on page 3. But I just want to set my view and forget it not have to group and regroup each time. Aileen Taylor Cell Signaling Technology

Both positions are understandable, what Aileen wants is a setup area preference. Maybe it could be a personal level preference as we have for the email notifications. I guess the majority of the users may not have access to the full database so for them each LP can contain anyway a controllable and quickly loadable volume. I also bumped in my people blaming the UI that they haven't noticed there are more pages of the list. Why not, if that improves the user adoption? BR, Imre Magyar VODAFONE Group

Hi Aileen, Just presenting a contrasting perspective here: I see you have 235 users in your People list. We have over 1700 users so far and if my list defaulted to all users it would take much longer to load my list, especially if I have a default grouping selected. When there is a default of 100 users, my list loads very quickly and then I can decide if I need to see All Users or some other subset. Usually I just need to hit "New Person" and create a new user and I would prefer not to wait for my full user list to load before I can do that. I would need to reselect 'All' or reselect 100 users or some other filter one way or another every time I load my People list in as I usually need to see different sets of people every time I load my people list. Hi Everyone, Please upvote, I know there has to be more than 3 of us who are frustrated that the people list defaults to only 100. I hate to have to continually select all and then reselect it each time I go back to the list. https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360002034913-Improvement-for-default-number-of-listed-items-in-a-table Workfront fixed this for projects but why not ALL lists throughout the system? Hi Sean, I agree...so much, in fact, that we created: our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/ubergantt/">UberGantt Solution, which can draw such date ranges from special tasks within the project intended to highlight such promotion/event dates (and can be configured to also show those along side the production dates), and our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/pdfcalendar/">PDF Calendar highlights the due dates of particular tasks in a standard calendar layout, and now our new "http://store.atappstore.com/product/editorial-calendar/">Editorial Calendar is a hybrid between the two, laid out like a Gantt Chart, but showing the text of the tasks of interest (in whatever "channel color" you wish) in the column that represents its planned completion date (see example, below) I invite you to look at each of them, and would be interested to know which seems like the best fit, in your case. Would anyone else be interested in Custom Form Fields that are lists/collections?
