Improve Functionality Between Enterprise Groups

Right now Goals is seen by all parties in the entire enterprise that has access to Goals. 

When a goal is entered, there's no way to create groups or share specific goals to a set group of teammates. It's problematic, because teams may not want to share visibility or see everything that's out there. It also makes it hard to navigate or filter. It would be great to create the functionality to create goals by groups/portfolios and filters, so it's easy to navigate and house goals for a specific teammate(s) or groups in the enterprise.
