I had a coworker create a custom form that they needed me to create a request queue for. When I set up the request queue, I forgot to attach the proper custom form. Today, I got a message from someone who received a request and they converted it to a project, but data entered into the request custom form did not come across to the project, because I left that custom form off. Is there a way I can fix this without deleting the existing issue and forcing the user to re-enter it into the system? As it is, when I try to update the queue to include the needed form, I end up with an alert that tells me that required fields need to be filled out. Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to create a scenario Webhook which triggers after a new request is "approved" / a default approval process is finished. Does anyone have any idea how to achieve this? If I can elaborate more please let me know. Thank you

I have a radio button that has Yes or No as options. I want the field to default to "No". I have it set to do so and it is filled in on my previews but it is not working on the actual projects the form is attached to.  Any ideas why it isn't working? I checked the field defaults and all of the forms it is on.

I have seen a few older posts about this but it is not working on a report I am doing. It is in a task report and is filtered to look at a specific task completion. I have tried custom column:displayname=Submission to CCB Decision Turnaround Timetextmode=truevalueexpression=WEEKDAYDIFF({convertedOpTaskEntryDate},{actualCompletionDate})valueformat=HTMLand a calculated field:WEEKDAYDIFF({convertedOpTaskEntryDate},{actualCompletionDate})Neither is pulling any data. Any help or suggestions appreciated. 

We work with an internal ad agency; having worked in creative agencies before, I very much understand the need to work quickly and under tight timelines.  As our company expands, our creative team has made it this year's goal to bring together their offshore partners and work as one agency.  As Workfront administrators, we are struggling to make this alignment due to the time zone limitations.  For instance, if the U.S. receives a task that is due Monday at 3 p.m. (EST) and the next task is due for India at 10 a.m. (IST); how do we show that in the same project template?

I would like to grant access to a couple of new employees to the Workfront Custom Refresh Sandbox so they can use it as a training sandbox without interfering with our production environment. I haven't seen in any of my Admin tools how to do this - hoping that someone from the community can advise on the best way to do this.  My hope is that I can do this myself and not have to reach out to WF Support since we would need to add and remove users as needed for training new hires. 

I have a Task with two Sub-Tasks below it. We use this Task/Sub-Tasks a lot. Typically, when the first Sub-Task (Post Processing) is completed, the Task displays 50%. For some reason it is now showing 100% and the Assignee thinks his Task is complete when in fact he still has the second Sub-Task to complete.

I am trying to report/ create a view to show who is the author of various proofs, but I am running into an issue where I can't find a way to pull in the name of the proof author into a column. Is there is a way to pull this information in that I am missing?

One of the ten recipes in the Adobe Workfront Customer Reporting Cookbook, “My People’s Work Universal Dashboard” submitted by @14739091 Hansen‚ from T-Mobile, is meant to yield 6 reports in one dashboard that anyone can use to see themselves, a manager can use to see their direct reports, and their manager can use to see all teams under them (and so on). i.e., a universal dashboard. Find it on page 27 of the cookbook!

Hi all, I'm trying to build a filter on a project report to show all projects where users with the Design role have completed all their steps. So effectively, "all projects where Design is done their part, even if the project is still running". I have tried to do some searching on this with no luck. Is there a way to connect ProofHQ proofs uploaded to a task to automatically have its status changed when the proof decision is made? For example, it is automatically connected to ProofHQ where if the assets are Approved the status gets changed to complete. I'm sure this could be done in Fusion but hoping something out of the box was available. 

Hi all, Hopefully this is a quick one... I have admin rights and I'm able to log hours directly to projects by going into the Project, clicking the "Hours" Tab on the LHS. I can then see a small Icon "+ Log Time". However, my team do not have this feature enabled. What setting do I need to change to enable them to be able to do this? I've had a look in the "Timesheets and Hours" tab under WF Settings but I'm not sure which option would need to be changed. Thanks Tom

Hello, We are having Workfront migrated into the Adobe Admin Console next month. One of the questions that we are having difficulty around is SSO (single sign on). Workfront has SSO in my organisation.All other Adobe Products do not. I would like to understand the impact of migration - we do not want to lose the ability to have SSO on Workfront but also to keep all other Adobe products using username/password log-in. Has anyone been through the migration with this want ?? Any help would be amazing. Thank You Emma

Hi @skyehansen - I came across your People's Work Universal Dashboard and am interested in re-creating the reports and dashboard for a group that I managed. I've read the instructions a couple of times and when I configured it, I keep getting an error where the field "Manager" is not recognized. I tried to troubleshoot it myself and even went online and found a posting from previous users who are also experiencing the same issue. I don't believe "Manager" is a native field in Workfront. If its a custom field does that mean there should be two fields created? One text field and one calculated field? Can you provide some further guidance on how to resolve the issue? 

I would like to assign tasks via Fusion based on my resource pool capacity. Is there a way to use Fusion to do this? I understand that you can assign in Fusion, but are you able to assign based on capacity?

When a task is set to In Progress, the assigned user can manually change the Actual Start Date on the task. However, this is not logged anywhere (that I am aware of). Can I turn on logging of the "Actual Start Date" change in the System Activity section, like it is the case with Planned Completion Date? E.g. "so-and-so changed the due date to <date>" is always logged in the updates of a task.

When you create a new card that is not connected to any existing Project in Workfront, and assign it to someone, does this card appear in the assignee's "My Work" widget? I tested a bit and I assume the answer is "no", but I would like to get an official confirmation, as well as perhaps a suggestion on how to turn this on.

Our finance team needs a simple report in Workfront: Just provide rows of all users, along with their Billable Hours, Non-Billable Hours, Total Logged Hours, and Percent Billable. I don't need a huge list of all tasks that had hours logged, I don't want them grouped by "CountedAsRevenue:True/False", I just want this very simple report. The data exists in Workfront, I just have no idea how to get it in this format. Can someone please assist me with this request?

I am creating a report that filters through a task that is assigned to two different people to see the one person's individual progress/percent complete of the task. I filtered through assignment status to see if the individual completed the task or not. I am creating a chart for the report. For assignment status the default is: Done, Working, Requested. Is it possible to change or add to the report/chart to make the (Requested) part show up as late.
