Show Team Assignments on Report

Is there a way to show requests that are assigned to the whole team on a report?  I know I can filter by Assigned to > Home Team ID, however this shows assignments for everyone on my team + if the whole team is assigned.  I'd just like to show requests/tasks where the team is assigned, but not individuals.  Thanks!

Retrieve Deleted Template Tasks from Recycle BinNew

Currently, we can only retrieve deleted Projects, Tasks, Issues, Documents, and Templates from the recycle bin. Sometimes, Template Tasks are deleted by mistake and also need to be restored. Because this is not an option in the recycle bin, however, we have to rebuild these from scratch if they are deleted accidentally.

Project Approval - Approval Path trigger once, Not sent back for approval for previous statusNew

Hi, I have a suggestion for Approval Processes. Right now, when an Approval Process is attached to a Project, Task, or Issue, any time that object is put into the status it triggers the Approval Path. What I would like to see is a configuration setting that would only allow each Approval Path to trigger once per Approval Process use. For instance, I have a Project that triggers an Approval with three Paths‚ÄîCurrent, Go-Live, and Complete. Once the Project goes Current, and then moves on to another status, I don’t want that Project to be sent out for approval again for the Current Status, even if it is put back into it. Then the same would apply to the other Statuses on that Approval Process as well. I think the current setup is fine, as there is definitely a use-case to re-trigger Approval Paths multiple times. Could we get a setting when configuring the Approval Process to toggle whether each Path could only trigger once, or multiple times?

User not receiving email notifications

Hi, I have a user that is not receiving any notification emails from Workfront apart from when they are tagged in a comment. They have everything turned on in their user settings, is there another location where these notificaitions could be configured? Thanks

Teams Request Widget Update Not Functional

Yesterday I noticed an update was pushed out for the look and feel of the Teams Request Widget. Limitations for this widget:No custom filters, groupings, or views are available for this widget.Checkboxes that have been added have no purpose. States no available actions when I click on the checkbox.Current solution is to just work directly from the project and review requests from their when it's assigned to a Team. The My Requests widget has all the features that would be ideal for this Team Request widget to function properly.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues with the recent update before I put in a support ticket. Thank you!

Report grouped by child tasks

Ability to upload multiple video Proofs for short web advertisement animationsNew

Currently we have an inhouse design team utilizing Proof to get approvals on animated web advertising. However, these ads have to be built at several unique sizes and all of them need signed off on. Since the only way for the approvers to see the animations is through a video proof, the designers are forced to upload all these sizes one at a time. This is making the tool more time consuming for them and also more frustrating for the approvers who have to open all these separate proofs for these very small, very similar pieces of art. Any way to address this would be appreciated.

Baseline - Reporting

We are new to Workfront and our now kicking off Projects.  Our Project Managers are interested in using the Baseline to capture schedule changes.  When we look at the reporting options for Baseline Reports, it's somewhat confusing.  What we are wanting is a report that a Project Manager could pull where they would see their projects and the captured baselines showing which tasks were late and how many days were impacted.  Is this possible?

GenStudio: What is it and do we need it?

Just watched the segment of GenStudio during The Skills Exchange Virtual Live event and noticed that my Workfront Home Page did not look like the demo that was being shared. Is GenStudio free to upgrade? It is great for AI? We are looking to upgrade to Fusion - how will this impact possibly adding GenStudio in the future? We use reporting a lot for executive leadership so we want to make sure we're making our platform intuitive and user friendly with automation, but not messing up the tools and features we need for our team.

Ability to Deactivate Queue Topic / Retire Queue TopicNew

Description - As an queue owner, I need the ability do deactivate a Queue Topic without having to delete it or obfuscate it by moving it to a "hidden" topic group.Why is this feature important to you - this will save a lot of time and effort when managing an intake queue. Allowing me to toggle a queue topic will also support intakes windows (e.g. annual or quarterly intakes) without having to (a) leave the queue topic open and manage misdirected requests, (b) delete and recreate the queue topic each time it is needed, or (c) move the queue topic to another section (e.g. z_do not use - ugly!) and back again when i need it. How would you like the feature to work -I would like to be able to "edit queue topic" and toggle an option to "deactivate queue topic / active queue topic"Current Behaviour - No functionality exists to deactivate a queue topic.@jessere1

Can you report on upcoming Tasks (Successors)?

I trying to enhance our current WF reports that list out Parent tasks along with all of their children or sub tasks. I have that figured out but I've had a request to enhance reporting where it would show the Parent task but also any upcoming successor tasks(or the next one lin line) and their status. This would help users see which task is next in line or how many children tasks are upcoming.

Description - Add a toggle switch to queue topics that allows deactivation of the topic.Why is this feature important to you - When we need to revise a queue by way of omitting a topic, we have two options: delete the topic, which deletes the associated data, or rebuild the queue. A deactivation switch for topics would make queue administration much simpler and efficient. Additionally, it would bring the functionality in parity with many other objects in Workfront.How would you like the feature to work - Similar to many other objects in Workfront, there would be a simple toggle switch to deactivate a topic. This would hide the topic from general view, but retain detail.Current Behaviour - We cannot deactivate topics.

Indicate active/inactive Custom Forms on BuilderNew

Description - When building a custom form you can view fields and sections in the form library. On the right panel it will note if it is used on other forms and you can click "view related forms" to get the full list. This list is incredibly helpful as is but would be more powerful if it indicated active vs inactive forms.   Why is this feature important to you - Knowing that a field is only seen on inactive forms would quickly indicate that it shouldn't be used for the form I am creating/updating. It also tells me that if I wanted to make an update to the field (hide/show a choice, rename it, change the lable) no active    How would you like the feature to work - Even something as simple as making the inactive forms gray and keeping the active as blue would help. Or if there's more real estate adding an x icon next to inactive forms. Another idea is to split the list into two sections one for active and the other inactive.   Current Behaviour - I have to either o

Managing Access to Request Queues

As the Workfront platform expands across different lines of business in your organizations, how are Admins solving for request queue access?   Let's say we have a request queue for Marketing Materials, but only a subset of users in the organization needs access to the queue - are you sharing with groups, teams etc? How are you managing those assignments at the user level.   Trying to brainstorm and think about how best to accomplish this without a ton of need for user management that takes up Admin time.

Need ability to move custom fields in card configuration!New

Description - Need the ability to move custom fields added to cards in the Configure --> Cards area. It is already clunky and buggy, but if you have to add a new field towards the top of your custom fields, you have to delete EVERY custom field added, then add the new one, then add EVERY custom filed and update names. Almost makes it not worth using boards if you have to update custom fields on the cards. Why is this feature important to you - When designing boards and the card fields, there is a bunch of feedback given to make adjustments, so every time an adjustment is needed, it takes a large amount of effort to make these additions. How would you like the feature to work - Be able to drag and drop custom fields once they are configured to be on the cards (Board --> Configure --> Cards) Current Behavior - Does not allow for moving or re-sort custom fields once added to the card configuration

Allow for adjustments to % allocations for assignees on an issueNew

Description - Right now if there are 2 assignees on an issue there's no way to edit allocations. The only option is 50/50, and that is not great for capacity planning in WLB. Why is this feature important to you - It would make the WLB a more accurate representationHow would you like the feature to work - 1) adjust allocations within WLB, or 2) adjust % within the assignment area of the issue when editing.
