Description - When a dashboard is added to an object (left nav) make it so I can choose whether it's global (all objects of the same type) or local (only this object). If I add it to a template only projects created from the template show the dashboard.   Why is this feature important to you - Similar to the issue with global filter/view/grouping settings a dashboard may be for a very specific case - or for a certain type of project.  E.g. Description - Store the selection of Filter/View and Grouping with the current objectID Add the ability to combine Filter, View and/or Grouping into a "Scene"   Why is this feature important to you - Often different personas use different combination of view/filter/grouping.  The chosen view/filter/grouping depending on what a "project" or "task" or "issue" represents.    Example: Take "issues" on a project. In a creative execution project the issues might be change requests. So i need to see description, status, enteredBy, and group it by parent task. I might filter to open-only In a planning project issues might be items on a ROAM board.  Here I what to see a mix of basic and custom fields grouped by status Example: Take "tasks" on a project. Description - Increase the maximum number of custom forms that can be added to an object. Why is this feature important to you - As we've redesigned a request process, we've been severely limited by the maximum of 10 custom forms. Our process collects request at the program level, which will always result in multiple projects - and 10 forms is not enough. We have had to create over-complicated forms as a workaround, which is not user-friendly from a configuration perspective OR from an end user perspective. How would you like the feature to work - The maximum form limit should be increased to a number higher than most will need (for example, 500 field limit on a form - most people don't put that many fields on a form - we'd like to have more options than we would ever need to add forms). Current Behaviour - System does not allow you to add more than 10 forms to any object.

I have clients who would like the ability to edit the exported custom forms before they are downloaded. It would be great if this was something you could templatize, so that no one has to go in each time and make those edits. It would help out our client with guest facing visibility.

Description - We have a need to show and enforce a word limit at the custom form level on text fields. The use case for this is an automation we are building to send a content fragment (e.g., a paragraph) to another system (e.g., Seismic) for input into a piece of content (e.g., a PowerPoint) Why is this feature important to you - This will enable the automations we are building between Workfront and other systems to assemble pieces of content with limited manual input. Without a word limit, users who are unaware of the limit will have to spend time rewriting content, which hinders the efficiency we are trying to create. How would you like the feature to work - As stated in description. Current Behaviour - No word limit is shown or enforced anywhere in Workfront to my understanding.

Description -Why is this feature important to you - Customer should able to see their own company logo after logging into Workfront.How would you like the feature to work - The option should be available to upload a customize logo in WorkfrontCurrent Behaviour - No custom branding option is available for the customers who are moved to admin console.

Description - Currently, there is a limitation in the # of rows to export data to Excel or even using "Send Report".  The suggestion was to filter the report further.  Sometimes it is not convenient to see data in multiple report chunks when wanted to see a more complete picture.Why is this feature important to you - It is not convenient to see data in multiple report chunks when wanted to see a more complete picture.How would you like the feature to work - If not able to do a report export directly from Workfront, would at least like to use the "Send Report" option instead.Current Behaviour - Get a 504 error message and not able to get the export.

Description - Allowing customization of the ORDER in which status options appear.Why is this feature important to you - Allows for status to be selected in the typical order that they move from one status to another rather than fixed in an order not based on logic.How would you like the feature to work - I would like to change the order in settings and then have the same order apply throughout the instance (Project statuses in Settings = Project status in projects, in Project Details, in project reports, etc.)Current Behaviour - Reordering in Settings does not change the order of appearance in other places.  How it is in settings would be the order it appears in Projects (and other drop downs)

Description - I'd like the product manager for this area to explore ways to indicate a list of users that it's appropriate to ask access from, in order to view an object.   Why is this feature important to you - 1) The majority of the list is random and often the wrong person is on the list.  2) Our service account owns a lot of objects in Workfront and should be excluded from the list since it is not a real person. 3) In particular, the hierarchy for an issue is incorrect (for a task the owner is the primary assignee or the project owner, and for an issue it's the primary contact or the project owner -- I'd like to see the primary assignee in this list as well)   How would you like the feature to work - There are any number of solutions. For one, add the primary assignee for an issue onto that list. For another, be able to indicate on the user object that this person should never be asked for access (this would solve our service account issue). Ideally, you should be ab

please enable the same functionality introduced with 22.3 to customize the project header to programs & portfolios.This will help us remove wrong data from being a visual focus for users. (wrong b/c our workflow is different)

Description - show a "V" icon or similar in the custom form builder when there is validation logic set up on a field.Why is this feature important to you - showing an icon allows us to quickly know, at a glance, which fields have validation logic set up. Without it, the only way for me to know is if there is NO icon, and when clicking on the field it says "Edit logic" on the right-hand panel as opposed to "Add logic". How would you like the feature to work - "V" icon on custom form builder, and logic details in right-hand panel when field is selected.Current Behaviour - right now, only skip logic and display logic show icons on the form builder. No icon shows up for validation logic.
