Workfront

So when I click on X at top right of proof, or I click on "Close" word that pops up below X, the proof isn't closing, so I have to close out the whole window on my internet browser. Very clunky.  Any ideas?

Hi - my company leverages some great internal AI summary assistants and I wanted to get an export of the 'All (read-only)' transcript in the Updates section on projects? Is that possible? If it is, is it possible to also get that data for all projects within a portfolio within a specific time range? i.e. in the last week Thank you!

In my team's workspace, we have projects that have tasks that require multiple approvals. Is there a way to report on Task Approvals at the approver level? I was able to build a report for Task Approvals, however, its only at the overall approval level. I'd like to build a report that breaks it down even further to track each approver.  In other words, in a task that has multiple required approvals - I want to be able to see the approval status for each approver so that I can see- at a glance- who has approved or not approved.

I understand there is a way to merge columns and add line breaks, but wondering if there is a way to replace commas with a line break to separate multiple values in a column in a report. I have a user report showing the "Other Group" field in a column. There are multiple values in the field/column separated by commas. I'd like to separate by line break. Thanks in advance.

Our internal creative team currently receives requests via our WF intake request form, develops a project estimate outside WF (in Word), and emails the estimate to the requestor for approval.  We don’t begin work or convert the request to a project until the requestor has approved the cost estimate and timeline via email.  I want to develop the project estimate and get approval completely in WF.     As a WF administrator and Operations team member, I want to be able to develop and share with a requestor, who is on a contributor license type, an estimate consisting of the following info AND get their approval for the estimate:Project title (pulled from field in request)POC/requestor name (pulled from the field in request)Timeline (pulled from project template fields)Total estimated cost of project labor (not per task)Creative staff assigned, their tasks/roles, and their hoursSOW (project description field edited from intake)A prepopulated disclaimer field w

I have a custom rich text field called /Request notes'. I have a form field that use the checkbox option. When building the object, it shows the selections, but when displayed in the form it adds "All" as an option. Why, and how do you remove the "ALL" option?

Hello I would like to create a report that includes the active Milestone status. This would be brought in for a task report where I can detailing work due this week or a project report for all active projects.  Any thoughts?  Currently, when I choose Milestone name, color etc. It does not appear.  Appreciate any thoughts or experience with adding this into a non Milestone report. Thanks and Happy Holidays!Angie

I would love to be able to set a variable value once in text mode in the first column of a report and then repeatedly use that variable throughout the subsequent columns. Is there any way to do this?

I need the assignee to a task to receive a Task now ready to start notification for a task that has a predecessor in a different project. When i tested the notification was only sent if the predecessor was in the same project. Is there a way to get this to work? Or, is there another way for the assignee to this task to be informed when the task in the other project is completed?

Hello - I'm pulling a template report to audit the use of our templates. I have the right filter to see the templates, but am wondering what field can tell me when they were last used? Maybe there isn't one? Maybe I need to run a project report for the last year and see what templates were used instead? Thanks in advance for any suggestions - and happy holidays.

I would like a report to show me total number of tasks completed for the entire project duration ....summarized by month.   So if each month we completed 10 tasks, the report would show a bar of 10 for January, 20 for February, 30 for March, etc.    I've got the report built, but I only show totals for the month.... so 10, 10, 10.    How can I aggregate the total for the project at each month?
