Is anybody experiencing that video Proofs are not playing when looking at them on an iPhone? I dont know if this is also true on Android but I have several users who cannot proof a video on their phone. The play button doesn't move the video forward

I've opened a ticket but also wonder if anybody else has seen this problem and has a solution?
