Is it possible to break a single record line into multiple lines on a report?
I have a Document report and I would like to break a single record into multiple lines on the report based on two multi select fields, Media Platform and Creative Market.

answer short is likely no,
what you would like to do looks like something similar that you can do with assignments report VS assignments field on e.g. task report.
But with custom field and on document I don't see how this could be achieved
