Is it Possible to create an approval process in multidecision (Yes or No)?

HI

Is it possible to create an approval process in mutidecision such as Yes or No?

It should be possible to assign user for approval and select automatically once the user rejects.

Sharing a concept example for your reference.

hi, it's not possible to have an approval process where both the yes and the no answer will produce actions that are both decision paths. Workfront created this functionality so that "no" would always return it to a particular status.
