Looking for tips, Is it possible to stop plan user to copy my report with view access of report shared to him?
Basically they can see the reports or dashboard shared with them but cannot copy the report.

Will this user ever need to create reports from scratch? In access levels, there isn't a 'copy' for reports bc that is the same as creating one, essentially. If this user won't need to create reports, you could create a separate access level under the Plan license to allow to view/share/delete/etc. but not create...
