We use Workfront for marketing and reviewing proofs. Periodically, we know a similar document was submitted and want to search within the PowerPoint presentation or PDF. Is there a way to do this? Has anyone done this or found this a need?
Hi, you can run a document report, filtered to PDF or PPT (current version > file type) and can add a document name contains filter for any part of the file name to help narrow your results (can also use document entry date filter). This can help you find docs in the instance. If you're looking to search for CONTENT within the PDF/PPT, that is not possible to search words/phrases within the static doc.
