Issues reporting on text field with formatting

Not able to pull a report based on Text Fields with formatting. Definitely used to be able to but having an issue doing it now - not even with a "contains" as the parameter, has anyone else experienced this?

    The fields with the formatting (rich text fields) are not able to pull in through text mode reporting or calculated fields. There are a few ideas out there you could vote up.
