Legacy Resource Pool - Required field or Default option

NTT Data would greatly benefit from the Legacy Resource Pool field being made either a required field when setting up project or have the ability to set a default option for this field. This helps with our forecasting reporting. When setting up a project if this field is not selected it is not included in the forecasting and resource allocation.
