While we await a product solution for this need...if you are a Fusion customer we do have two templates available at this time that may meet your initial need.  Do note that scenarios that result from templates can be customized to meet your various needs (one of the complexities with a product solution is the very unique way each customer's workflows are built).

My team is very eager for this feature. We have invested heavily in integrating Workfront to our process and would love to have any automation available between proofs and tasks. Can you give us a more detailed timeline?

What is the timeline for this? I see a 12-16 month roadmap but I don't see when this update was posted. This is the number one Workfront pain point in our organization and I would love to be able to give a 'light at the end of the tunnel' projected date

Desperately needed! It's near impossible to get marketing partners to click 'approve' in Proof let alone follow up in WF with marking their task complete. More integration between Workfront and Proof is needed.

Yes. My workers almost always forget to update the approval task to complete when the ProofHQ approval is complete. We need the separate task to help prompt people properly in Home/Work List.

This would really decrease the workload of my workers and help with user adoption and UX. My workers *never* remember to go in and update the task to complete when the proof approval is complete.

This would be monumentally helpful. Rejecting a proof for the sake of documentation doesn't help with actionable items (like changes to the proof). The proofs need to be better tied to tasks/project workflows.

This would be a major improvement for those of us who use BOTH Workfront AND Workfront Proof. Users should NOT be change a task to complete unless all stages on the proof are approved. I run into this issue all the time.

This would be a great feature!
