Mail Servers and Handling Bounce Back Emails

A feature in ProofHQ to manage bounce back from undelivered proofs. 

 

Why is this feature important to you -

We are sending proofs to hundreds of external customers every day. Most of them are old customers, some new. Lately, we have noticed that a lot of proofs that we sent are not being opened at all. We tried resending the proofs again and again via ProofHQ but the customer still hasn't opened the proofs. So I tried sending the proofs via direct email (gmail corporate), not via ProofHQ, and then I received bouncebacks. This means that those customers never received the proofs that they requested and just end up canceling their orders. 

 

My question is, how do you handle those proofs that do have bounce-back notifications?

 

How would you like the feature to work - 

The artist who created the proofs should be able to receive the bounce back notification in their inbox so that they can act on it, rather than the proof sitting there in limbo and the customer waiting. 

 

Current Behaviour -

There is no option or way to know whether the proofs were actually delivered to the customer.
