Marketo Email Proofing

Hello Chue and JoLisa, There is a great thread about using proofing to review emails "https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z00006Px3aLCAR/" here that you might want to check out. Several users give their thoughts on the overall process, including when to use pdfs and when to use other tools. Hope this helps! Kyna Kyna Baker Customer Content and Community Manager Workfront

We are in a similar situation and I would like to hear what you find for a solution. We produce so many emails that it would take hours to save as PDFs to upload and proof. It would be great is the proofing tool supported the .msg file. JoLisa Stoneman VGM Marketing

Hey @JoLisa Stoneman‚ - did you ever resolve this?

No, I didn't. My team prefers to save the email as an .msg file because it will show more details when saved in that format. The clients are familiar with this version too. We currently use the options for document approval instead of using the proofing tool.
