Matrix Report showing Project Status Key instead of a name

Hi Everyone,

 

I though to start here before I make a case out of it. I have created simple project report grouped by statuses and owners. Everything is working fine but in the matrix tab one of the statuses appears with its key (BCT) instead of a name "License Pending". Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it?

yeah that's kind of weird. I would definitely make a case, but first just delete your cache and cookies, just in case. (they ask you to do it anyway, so you might as well get it over with and mention it in your case that it's done.)

I just did that and it did not resolve this issue. I will raise a support ticket.
