More flexibility with Automated Notifications.

Smartsheet has some great automated notification capabilities that I think Workfront could benefit from. For example, being able to set up an automated notification to selected individuals when new issues are added to a specific project (not globally). Or when the status of an issue within a specific project changes, automatically notify the person who entered in the issue.

The global notifications are really hard to manage when a wide variety of teams are using the same instance so any project or request-specific capabilities would be fantastic!
