Move to - Destination Project filter/limit list

It would be great if we had a way of limiting the list of available destination projects in the Move To list.

Our users sometimes have to hand over tasks/issues between projects/request queues. Having to enter a name of the project is a bit cumbersome as the list of projects is quickly growing.

It would be great if we had a way of limiting the results on the destination project list, e.g. by filtering out closed projects.
