Subscribing to Projects, Tasks, and Issues is a great feature... and our users would love to view and manage all of their subscriptions in one place. This could be incorporated into the Recent Items & Favorites, or added as a new "Subscriptions" icon in the top right. If that's too much of a stretch, could we at least create a report or reports that filters on items subscribed to?

I see this is an old thread and don't see anything new in Workfront documentation, but still thought I'd post so see if anyone knows anything new! Thanks

I created a Journal Entry report of all Issues and Tasks the logged in User subscribed to then grouped by Project. Here is the filter setting for reference:

Filtered By

  • subscribe Entered By ID in $$USER.ID
  • and Task Status not in CPL, CLS, UHH
  • OR
  • Issue Status not in Canceled, Resolved
  • and subscribe Entered By ID in $$USER.ID

Our company would use this, even if it's as simple as being able to create a filter in a report (to filter for items with subscriber contains the current user wildcard).

We would like the ability to subscribe to all items - for example all tasks - in a project without having to manually subscribe to each one individually....

We would DEFINITELY use this!!

Sounds great either way... in the meantime, has anyone created a report for this yet?
