Navigate automatically to row users was on after page refresh

When a user refreshes the schedule or recalculates the timeline, would like the refresh to go back to the row the user was looking at rather than refresh to the top of the page.

    Agree with this idea as I have gotten multiple complaints about this. Most recent response to a survey on pain points/challenges as it relates to technology: "The page refreshing and taking me back to the top when I was 3/4 the way down the page."
