Notify a Team of a Document Uploaded to an Issue/Request

I need to notify a full team when a document is uploaded to an issue/request.

I have been able to notify individuals by assigning them to the issue/request, adding them as the issue primary contact and by amending the project owner and sponsor but Workfront does not allow for teams to be in these roles.

Does anyone know how I can notify a full team of a document upload to an issue/request?

Currently, there is not a built-in email notification to notify teams of a document upload (only individuals, as you've realized), so to get around this, you may want to have the person who uploads the document: 

  1. Tag the team in a comment to let them know
  2. Create a Document report that filters for Issue > Team ID > [Insert Team ID] that is added to a user's dashboard or as a pin for quick visibility. You could also add conditional formatting / column rules here to highlight documents added $$TODAY using the Entry Date field as well.
