Notify team of changes

Would like an improvement in the UX to be able to notify the team of requested changes if needed on a document by document basis. When the owner uploads, the ability to put others of the notification list. Both email and notification with the ability to control in setting if one of both were on or off.

Right now, clunky and hidden to get comments to team or additional people. Currently just the owner gets comments back from reviewer/approvers without a workaround.
