Open task/issue in floating window instead of navigate to page

When you are working from a storyboard, you have to navigate to the task or issue page to make updates, view additional details, etc.

I think it would be great if we could open the task or issue as a floating (pop-out) window so that we can stay in one place to get work done. JIRA and many other agile products do this and it is a nice UX.
