Option to make the Description a rich content editor

Description - Option to make the Description in the Overview section of the project details a rich content editor

Why is this feature important to you - Our team uses the Description in the overview section of each project. To make it even more beneficial to them, it would be nice to be able to use this like the Text with Formatting field in Custom Forms. 

How would you like the feature to work - To give project owners the option to use it as a rich content editor.

Current Behaviour - Doesn't allow users to put bullet points and format the Description of the project.
