Orderable Favorites

Description - When clicking the star in the top right to display favorites, I'd love the ability to drag around the order of items that appear here.

Why is this feature important to you - I like to keep the projects I'm following well organized

How would you like the feature to work - I'd like to be able to drag around the order of items saved to my favorites

Current Behaviour - Items are fixed in the order they were added to favorites
